Back to the ground game
THE SHORT, HUMAN VERSION / UPDATED OCTOBER 2026

Your details.
Not our next growth hack.

This note explains how this Ground Game Labs marketing website handles information you share through a contact inquiry.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, work email, MSP or company name, role, optional message, and your consent to be contacted. We store your inquiry and its submission time. Please don’t include passwords, sensitive customer data, or security findings in the message field.

What we use it for

We use your contact details and message to respond to your product, demo, pricing, or other Risk Intelligence Ground Score (RIGS) question. A contact inquiry does not create a paid subscription or add you to an automated outreach sequence. Authorized people working on Ground Game Labs, including our go-to-market partner Channel Pipeline where needed, may review the details to coordinate that response.

How the site operates

The website uses managed hosting, private database storage, and operational notifications to the project owner when a contact inquiry is submitted. When the transactional email service is configured, inquiry details are sent through Resend to our team at meetg@groundgamelabs.com; your email is included as the reply address. Email acceptance by a provider does not guarantee inbox delivery. Website-level analytics may collect technical usage information. The Sales Theater Translator runs in your browser; it does not send translations to an AI provider. Its copy button writes the displayed translation to your clipboard only when you click it.

Access and your choices

Contact inquiries are not displayed publicly. You can decline contact by not submitting the form, or ask us to correct or remove your inquiry by emailing meetg@groundgamelabs.com. This website does not yet offer a self-service deletion portal. New messages from the same email address are saved separately; they do not overwrite earlier inquiries. Identical same-day retries are treated as the same message. We keep inquiries while needed to respond and manage the conversation, then review whether they are still needed.

Your Ground Game Plan

The calculator runs in your browser. It stores your editable draft on this device using browser local storage; it does not create a calculator customer record in our database. Reset replaces that draft with the default plan. Do not enter confidential details on shared devices. You must enter a company name, first and last name, and a valid email address before creating a new share link or PDF, CSV, or JSON export. These actions do not automatically send your contact details anywhere.

New share links and exports include your company, name, email, activity forecast, and economics forecast. Anyone who possesses or forwards a share link can read its included details; the URL is an encoded configuration, not an encrypted private record. URLs may appear in browser history, hosting logs and the email or social service you choose. Email and LinkedIn buttons open your own compose tools; they do not automatically send or publish anything. Older read-only links remain viewable as originally published, but must be copied into an editable local plan before they can be shared or exported again.

Free public Ground Score reports

New public business reports are free to visitors; no sign-in or purchase is required. Confirm a legitimate purpose before submitting. The domain is used for passive public DNS and HTTPS checks and to request available records from an external provider; the API key stays server-side. A report can show available exact-domain business work-email addresses, names, titles, record counts, and source names and details alongside domain signals.

Those rows are historical external-source evidence, not verified employee identity or current employment, and they do not establish a current compromise. New public business rows are cached separately and may be reused for up to one hour before a new assessment. Public reports exclude personal or home email addresses, other-domain email addresses, passwords, credentials, password hashes, owner-only report data, employee photos, and private records. Usage counters use a hashed connection address to limit abuse and paid-provider requests. A domain link can prefill a new assessment; opening it does not automatically run a lookup or reveal a private report. Contact us to request removal of stored domain summaries.

Shared reports and CRM exports

A new public-business share link contains the business work-email and name rows included in that report, along with their source names and details. It opens a frozen report snapshot without running a new assessment. Anyone with an active link can read its included details, and links expire. Older aggregate links remain aggregate-only and unchanged. We store token hashes, not the original access tokens. Links may still appear in a recipient’s browser history or the CRM where you choose to save them.

CRM CSV/JSON exports contain company-level report metadata and suggested field mappings for HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or GoHighLevel. They do not automatically connect a CRM, send outreach, or silently export employee breach emails as prospect contacts.

Your private Ground Score reports

Existing saved private reports still require sign-in and belong to their creator. These protected reports may contain up to ten breach-associated email addresses, names, roles and source names supplied by the provider. We do not retain or display passwords, password hashes or raw provider records. Public profile photos are included only after source review and owner confirmation. Optional professional-profile lookup uses a server-side data service; candidate matches do not prove identity or current employment. Unconfirmed candidates remain separate from verified report photographs. Ordinary private report-ID links require sign-in. Their downloads contain the same sensitive information, so share them only with authorized recipients.

Reports remain saved for the account until an authorized deletion request is handled. Contact meetg@groundgamelabs.com for access or deletion requests. Missing provider data is reported as unknown, not a clean result. No automated CRM enrichment, CRM connection, or background monitoring is enabled by generating a report; CRM integration is planned.

MSP workspaces and branded reports

An authorized Ground Game Labs administrator provisions each MSP workspace with a company domain and an assigned owner email. Staff sign in through the application identity service, and server-side membership checks limit access to their assigned workspace. A domain, slug or link alone never grants administrative access.

MSP owners can save their business name, logo, brand color, public contact details and CRM configuration settings. A generated branded report preserves a snapshot of that MSP identity, including its logo and contact information, so an existing PDF or shared report does not silently change when the workspace branding is edited. Anyone with an active report-sharing link can view its included report details and MSP branding until the link expires or is revoked.

Saving CRM settings is not the same as connecting a CRM or authorizing a data transfer. Do not paste passwords or API secrets into ordinary configuration fields. The free public Ground Score does not require an MSP account, subscription or sign-in.

Example reports and product boundaries

Risk-intelligence samples use fictional, illustrative data. The Ground Game Plan calculator produces directional forecasts from your inputs, not actual prospect or security records. A Ground Score report is educational public-source context, not a security audit or proof of compromise. The example report is explicitly fictional and is never substituted for a failed real lookup. External-source information is limited to records the provider makes available, and CRM integration is planned.
